Enterprise Architecture

Establishing a successful Enterprise Architecture requires a focus on the business outcome, and not just the technology drivers.

To achieve this critical success factor we apply a broad range of expertise that links business to technology and using methodologies such as TOGAF and FEAF.

We have successfully undertaken a number of assignments to progress Enterprise Architecture (EA) to varying maturity levels across a number of organisations. Assignments have varied from small to large projects and in developing and implement an EA for an organisation. These assignments involve taking on the Enterprise Architect role or establishing EA processes to be adopted by the organisation architects. New processes and procedures are created and adopted as necessary for solution architecture and architecture governance.

Our consultants have experience and skills to enable technology transition across all four architecture layers (Business, Information, Application and Technical) and are a key element of the services provided.

Strategy Development and Planning

We offer a range of services associated with strategy development and planning, ranging from services that develop a strategy report to consulting assignments that assist organizations undertake ongoing strategic planning activities.

Business Case Development

Developing a strong business case is essential to enabling change in an organisation. The competition for resources is fierce and unless a compelling and clearly articulated case is made for a project it will never begin.

Our services include performing high-level business analysis, assessing solution options, identifying and measuring benefits, identifying business and technology costs, preparing business case deliverables and presenting to executive for approval.

Project Management

We have successfully undertaken a number of key programs/projects across Victorian Government and in private industry that involve program and project management services.

We have been engaged across the full project lifecycle, from establishing a project or program for investment approval, managing the requirements gathering and analysis, undertaking solution design, management of the implementation phase, through to overseeing the deployment process into operational use.

As with all of our work, we focus on engaging with the business and IT sections of the client's organization to establish the scope and objectives of a program and ensure that the project is delivered to meet business outcomes and project budgets. Formal processes are been tailored to meet organisation requirements and ensure appropriate governance and project controls are in place with strong reporting to ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed.
